Alternative Tenders are great way for Tenderers to get their point of difference across to Council and implement the solutions for Council that provide better Value for Money to Councils and it is of course better for the Contractor.
I have seen hundreds of Alternative Tenders not that were not considered. No doubt a lot of work goes in writing such Tenders.
